We strongly encourage international attendees to visit the show with a delegation from your country that is organized by entities such as relevant trade associations, business group, or a public-private partnership.  Organized delegations support their individual members logistically and can assist in meeting your business objectives throughout the entire travel process, show visit and beyond. 

If you are planning to bring a delegation from your country for the show, please take the following steps: 

-- Email us at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  as soon as possible.  Include your intentions to form a delegation, the leader of the group and contact points, and an estimate of the number of attendees.

-- Keep us informed of your progress during the course of soliciting delegation members.  Include progress and general business intentions/wishes of members, as well as problems that may have arisen so that we can be of assistance.

-- By the beginning of October, email us the full list of delegation members, their firms/addresses/contact points and description of activities and business objectives at the show;

-- Please inform the Commercial Section of the U.S. Embassy in your country about the delegation- this will assist in the Visa application process if necessary. 


Staff will be available in the International Business Center to provide the following services for delegates:

1. Conduct short morning briefings regarding the available resources, information about the facilities and review events of international business interest.
2. Be available for on-site referral assistance.
3. Assist and consult on post-event actions that may be needed by delegates.
