		Temple Grandin, Ph.D. Designer of animal handling facilities and a Professor of Animal Science at Colorado State University Temple Grandin is the world's most accomplished and well-known autistic adult. Temple shared her views on animal welfare and best practices to ensure proper treatment and care.

		Jeff Skiles Co-Pilot of US Airways Flight 1549, "The Miracle on the Hudson" This perfect landing was not a fluke; it was the result of intense training, preparation, and the lessons learned from other pilots' successes and failures. Skiles believes that life changes all around you, and if you can't adapt and change with it, you can't succeed. In this special session Jeff Skiles detailed the lessons, training, and scenarios that led to the "Miracle on the Hudson."
